Resumption Of Trials And Evidentiary Hearings

At the discretion of the individual judge, the Bankruptcy Court may begin to hold a limited number of in-person trials and evidentiary hearings. For the benefit of all participants, the Court has adopted certain health and safety protocols that will apply to all in-person proceedings. Note that attorneys and witnesses who are physically present for in-court proceedings are required to provide and wear both masks and face shields.
